Shulamit Inn was established in the 1930s, on a hillside in the beautiful village of Rosh Pina.

The Inn

The Inn is housed in a beautiful stone and basalt building, the repository of historic stories from the days of the British mandate, the War of Independence and the draining of the Hula Valley.

From the end of the 1940s and until 1954, it was the site of the Israel-Syria ceasefire talks.

In 1996 the building was renovated by the Barkoz family, with the accent on preserving its special character, to turn it into a boutique hotel with four European-style guest rooms and a French restaurant that, in addition to its rich menu, specializes in exclusive smoked fish and meat.

The excellent cuisine, the personal and courteous service given to each of the Inn’s guests, and the wonderful view from its balconies and windows make Shulamit Inn the restaurant and hotel of choice for visitors to Israel’s north.
